Conflicto de competencia entre el Juzgado Once Civil Municipal de Cali y el Juzgado Treinta y Siete Civil Municipal de Bogotá.
La Sala reitera que el demandante puede presentar la acción de tutela ante los jueces, a prevención, para la protección de sus derechos constitucionales fundamentales.
Precisa, que ello implica que puedan elegir entre el lugar donde ocurrió la vulneración y el lugar en el cual tiene efecto la misma.
Se decide la controversia ordenando enviar el expediente al Juzgado Once Civil Municipal de Cali para que, de manera inmediata y sin dilaciones, asuma el conocimiento de la solicitud de amparo formulada.

- Primero. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS el auto del 29 de abril de 2014 proferido por el Juzgado Once Civil Municipal de Cali, mediante el cual decidió que no era competente territorialmente para conocer la acción de tutela presentada por el señor Elías Heberto Asprilla Palacios, representante legal de la Asociación Educativa Isaac Newton contra de la Aseguradora Solidaria de Colombia.
- Segundo. REMITIR el expediente al Juzgado Once Civil Municipal de Cali, para que asuma de manera inmediata y sin dilaciones el conocimiento de la acción de tutela de la referencia.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General, COMUNICAR al Juzgado Treinta y Siete Civil Municipal de Bogotá la decisión adoptada en esta providencia.
